CST is a light touch manual therapy that evaluates and treats restrictions in the deep layers of fascia surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and the body as a whole. This amazing treatment supports your body’s natural self-healing ability and allows you to get in touch with your “inner landscape.” CST can be extremely effective for reducing chronic pain as well as promoting deep relaxation.

The pressure level of any massage can be adjusted to your preference, from light pressure to firm pressure, or somewhere in between!

We can incorporate craniosacral therapy or energy work into any massage as long as time allows (choose 90 or 120 minutes for combination sessions).

*Please note: deep tissue work is not equivalent to deep pressure massage. Please read my approach to deep tissue before scheduling.
